Delivery

All orders received by will ship within 7 business days after the order was placed. Orders with a backordered item are not subject to this shipping policy. Should an order have a backordered item, STUDIO INGRID BURGOS will ship the entire order once the backordered item is in stock, or ship available products while following up with shipping for the backordered product once it arrives in stock. Backordered products will be identified as such on their individual product pages.
